Where to begin. So online it says they have a few rooms for 53$. We called and tried to talk to the front desk but his accent was so hard to ubderstand he miscommunicated information to us. Told us the room would be around 65$. Great but once we got there it was 80$ he said due to taxes. This caused a debate and he sarted to yell at my girlfriend. We asked to see the room beforehand, he showed it to us but as soon as I looked at the bed (which was clean but hard as a rock. Pillows too) he informed us that even if we didnt take the room he would charge a cleaning fee. As he had never seen someone mess up the bed as such. Which is nonsense as I pulled the sheets back, checked the pillows, and lifted the matress. He continued to argue and raise his voice at my girlfriend saying it was our fault for not checking the prices when he told us the price on the phone. He said he was the manager and im not sure how he is still in business if he treats guests like he does. The room does have a fridge and microwave but its not worth 82$ when I could have gone to the holiday inn for the same price. He may not have lied outfront but his miscommunication and handling of the situation I would not wish on anyone. Dont stay here unless you have too.

I came to the garden and because I've been through Metter Georgia many times and it was very nice the cable that Comcast was great the air-conditioning was great the rooms were great it's a small motel very friendly and I was fleeing my home state of Florida after the disaster call Dharma and after 4 days that's supposed to say called Arma Irma the hurricane anyway after 4 days with no power no TV no no food no nothing I said let me go back to Metter Georgia and the Garden Inn and I'll be here as long as he has room until they get my power back on at which time I plan on packing up and moving North no more storms for me thank you Garden in very nice friendly family place

Very basic, no frills, and dated motel rooms. Rooms were clean and the owners were very nice though.

This is one of those places you can't wait to leave. There was a musky smell in the room as we arrived as if no one had stayed there in a long time. Room appeared to be clean apart from few hair on the bathroom walls (?). TV worked ok. Beds were hard, bedlinen was substandard and had not seen fabric softener in it's life. Despite being tired couldn't fall asleep, felt itchy and scratchy all night. You only get one towel per guest to use both as hand and bath towel. The towel has been washed to death and approaching the state of sandpaper. For $81 (inc taxes) a night we can't stop feeling being ripped off.

Basic room, nothing special. Not too far from I16. The restaurants around e the area were good. I highly recommend the Meriachi, Mexican restaurant.
