The experience here was great I’m a truck driver and I can not complain about anything the service was great the room was clean the bed was very comfortable good tv service I give this place a 5star rating
Headed to Savannah a day early and needed somewhere to stay the Days Inn was full so we stayed here. pulling up it seems very nice. Big new LED lights all around the parking lot so I was under the impression it was updated.... it had a new sink. it's was 80 degrees in our room and the A/C didn't blow cold air. Definitely needs to be updated and cleaned better I wouldn't step foot into that shower the toilet was nasty also. But for $68 at 3 am where else do you go. Should have known better by the sign that says no refunds. A good hotel will make sure you are satisfied and took care of.
Stayed one night November 2017. Staff was friendly, my room was nice, everything worked. About 1/2 of the rooms were being renovated, carpet replaced, etc. I think they plan on doing all. This will be an even better place to stay at completion.
Staying here for two days during hurricane Irma. It's the most we've paid for a horrible room! Price gouging big time! $223.00 Only room available for miles. No choice. Cigarette burn holes in the blanket. Smells terrible of smoke. Carpet ripped with piece of carpet missing around the door and carpet tack strip and nails showing, great to step on. Whole length of door not sealed, we can see light from outside. Should be interesting when Irma go's though. Side chair is filthy! Disgusting! The only good thing is the bathroom sink. Bathtub had mold. Ugh!
Very clean. Great customer service. Beds were uncomfortable though. Would recommend this hotel.
