Owner is absolutely rude. No idea how to conduct business with the bereaved. Audacity to "tell me something" and "another thing..." I would give 0 stars if possible.

Paid for delivery in Valentine's Day. They "attempted" delivery but said driver couldn't find the road. Owner said he was new when I told her that GPS goes straight to my driveway. Was never offered a refund for the delivery charge. Would normally have demanded one, but there was a Girl scout group just outside the door. Also just realized the I paid for balloons that I never received. Will be back this afternoon.

She and her staff did a great job, called about 9:30 and they were delivered by about 12 noon and she was even able to help with white chocolate...
