Hospitality is the keyword here. Me and my wife wanted a place to stay in Georgia that was not your typical hotel room. We found the Beaver Run RV Park was offering cabins for a reasonable price. When we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely lady (one of the owners) who checked us in, told us about the place, and offered us to join the group for dinner. We did join the group for dinner and had a nice conversation with the owners. Everyone was extremely nice and we shared stories over dinner. The cabin was very clean as well as the shared bathroom. If you are in the area and need a place to park your RV or are looking for a quick getaway, consider Beaver Run RV Park.
We are from Colorado. My husband and I flew into Atlanta, rented a car and proceeded to tent camp across the south. Beaver Run RV park was our first stop. We landed in severe thunderstorms and drove through several towns where tornados had touched down. When we arrived at Beaver Run RV park, it was late and stormy. We called the manager to let them know we had arrived. She came immediately to the office to check us in and what followed surprised us. She immediately suggested that because of the storms and the fact that they were concerned about our safety, that we set up our tent in their barn. With lightening surrounding us and tree limbs falling, it didn't take us very long to take her up on her offer. We set up our tent in their barn and because we were sheltered from the storm, we had a very good night's sleep. We left early in the morning, so we did not get to enjoy all of their amenities, but it was a very pleasant stay. The bathrooms were clean and showers were hot! What blew our mind most of all was the fact that they were concerned about our safety. That is not something you get everywhere. In fact, a lot of places it is the exact opposite. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend Beaver Run RV Park. It isn't your ordinary campground. Thank you all!

We highly recommend this park! Friendly owners, clean facilities and plenty to do on property for the kids. The wifi works great and it is in a great location to visit surrounding areas.
I have got to say it has been a very good one night stay at Beaver Run started with a very big welcome followed by a escort to my campsite and was told about the facility and after that. I was treated to a fresh hot chocolate chip cookie and a follow up visit from the owner. I can't believe how great it was after a long drive from Atlanta to see a great group of people that just wanted to make my one night stay a remeberal one. I came to South Georgia to look at some equipment to by and found a gem of a place to stay in the future thanks to the whole staff at Beaver Run camp ground.
Always a delight. We really enjoy the upgrades and improvements. We return twice yearly.
